Salesforce Developer/Solution Architect
to design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions across our Salesforce platform. You will work closely with Product, Change, IT teams, and external vendors, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Produce technical design documentation and ensure compliance with architecture and security standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives. Oversee 3rd-party integrations and provide technical assurance. Implement DevOps practices for continuous improvement. Analyze systems and processes to identify improvements and efficiencies. Skills & Experience Proven experience developing and architecting Salesforce solutions in large organisations. Strong understanding of Salesforce products, integrations, and DevOps practices. Experience working with 3rd-party vendors and cross-functional teams. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud architectures. Salesforce certifications preferred.
