- Full UK Security Clearance (SC) or ability to attain it
- Experience with Salesforce Industry Cloud Development and Deployment, particularly in Public Sector Solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce components including Flows, OmniScript, Apex, and LWC
- Strong understanding of quality standards and implementation of Salesforce Flows (screen, triggered, API)
- Ability to implement features like OmniScript, FlexCards, Action Plans, and Document Generation tools
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD deployment pipeline
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence or equivalent workflow/documentation tools

Responsibilities
- Build on and extend the capabilities of the Salesforce platform
- Ensure alignment of solution with industry best practices and market trends
- Drive the use of tools to improve productivity and maximize performance
- Consolidate and implement technical and functional knowledge in projects
- Support the delivery of balanced solutions focusing on demand and viability
- Build, test, and document structural elements of the solution
- Solve complex problems related to area of expertise
- Act as an expert contact point with the clients' equivalent areas
