Our client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager to lead the planning, governance and execution of a complex enterprise SAP transformation programme. Working across business and technical teams, you will take ownership of end-to-end cutover planning, deployment readiness, go-live governance and hypercare, ensuring a controlled transition into production with minimal business disruption. This is a senior delivery role requiring excellent stakeholder management, strong governance experience and a proven track record of leading SAP cutovers within large-scale transformation programmes.
Essential Experience
- 10+ years' experience delivering SAP transformation programmes.
- At least 5 years leading SAP cutover and deployment activities.
- Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Experience establishing and leading Cutover Management Offices (CMO).
- Strong background coordinating Finance, HR and Payroll deployments.
- Experience managing enterprise data migration and reconciliation.
- Demonstrable experience defining rollback and contingency strategies.
- Experience leading Command Centre operations and Hypercare.
- Executive-level stakeholder management, including Go/No-Go governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall cutover strategy and integrated deployment plan.
- Lead deployment readiness across business, technical and third-party workstreams.
- Manage cutover planning, rehearsals, mock cutovers and production deployment.
- Drive governance, risk management and Go/No-Go decision making.
- Coordinate data migration, integration activities and deployment dependencies.
- Lead Command Centre activities during go-live and transition into Hypercare.
- Ensure business readiness, operational preparedness and successful support handover.

This temporary contract is inside IR35 and will require working under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will follow established delivery processes and working practices. This role requires the successful candidate to undergo and be eligible for UK Security Vetting at SC/DV level. Clearance sponsorship will be provided where required.
