Understanding of financial services products and their accounting rules.

Understanding of regulatory requirements on finance data for financial services.

Implementation experience as a BA in a finance sub-ledger program within a financial institution (banking or insurance) - 2 different programs required.

Experience in running requirement gathering workshops, documenting requirements that meet the definition of ready by the IT team, and coordinating with different IT teams.

Deep knowledge on finance daily / monthly / year end processes.

Understanding of finance data.

Experience with data analysis (including big data - e.g. SQL type querying).

Experience in supporting the testing of a finance product sub-ledger end to end.

Experience in mapping requirement to proposed solutions to ensure completeness of the solution.

Strong & clear communication skills - needs to be able to articulate requirements in a way CFO stakeholders understand.
