Plan multi method discovery; manage data, consent and research ethics. .
Produce end to end blueprints (front stage/backstage, tech, policy, people) and system maps (interconnections, dynamics, boundaries of influence and environmental factors) .
Orchestrate co creation workshops; build consensus across functions. .
Run service experiments (interactions, pilots, A/B where relevant) and quantify impact. .
Shape roadmaps with PM/PO; surface risks, dependencies and change impacts. .
Coach designers; set quality bar for artefacts and narratives Service Design .
