Security Incident Management Analyst - SC Cleared Location: Inverness or Preston - 5 days onsite
Rate: £500-£550 per day

We are looking for experienced Security Incident Management Analysts to join a major programme operating within a complex, multi-supplier environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in cyber security, service management, incident management or operational governance who is confident coordinating suppliers, tracking security incidents and ensuring effective governance, reporting and audit compliance.
Please note: This is not a hands-on SOC, threat hunting or technical incident response role . The focus is on security incident governance, coordination, reporting and assurance.
The Role Working within an Operational Integrator function in a SIAM/multi-supplier environment , you will help ensure security incidents are effectively tracked, escalated, reported and governed in line with agreed policies and service levels.
You will work closely with suppliers, service management teams and security stakeholders, providing visibility of incidents throughout their life cycle and ensuring records and supporting evidence remain accurate and audit-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Track security incidents from initial identification through to closure
Ensure suppliers maintain accurate and up-to-date incident records
Coordinate with multiple suppliers to obtain incident updates and status reports
Escalate overdue, recurring or high-impact security incidents
Monitor incident volumes, resolution performance and SLA compliance
Produce regular security incident reports, dashboards and management information
Identify trends in incidents and escalations
Support security and service governance forums
Ensure consistent incident data and reporting standards across suppliers
