Damen Services UK is seeking an experienced Head of Services to lead the business through its next growth phase. Based at the Southampton office, you will have overall responsibility for performance, operational delivery, customer relationships and organisational development across our UK operations.
Reporting to the Area Service Manager Europe, you will drive the integration of Damen Services UK with IME Repair, lead a team of about 40 employees, and build a culture of collaboration.
