An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated core nursing team, in providing excellent nursing care to our group of 30–40 residential and young adults who attend our day service provision. We support young adults with various complex physical and learning disability needs. Our services are regulated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC) and hold an inspection award rating of “Good” with “Outstanding” in some key areas.

THE ROLE & SKILLS NEEDED

A working background and experience in caring for young adults with complex health needs is desirable. We are looking for a Nurse who practices in a Person Centred care approach and has the ability to communicate effectively and accurately (both written and verbally). You will be reliable, flexible, have a good understanding of clinical terms and the use of effective observation and assessment skills.

PAY

  • Probation Day rate – £21.34 per hour for all contracted hours
  • Night rate – £24.62 per hour for all contracted hours
  • Post probation Day rate – £22.46 per hour for all contracted hours
  • Night rate – £25.92 per hour for all contracted hours
