Dame Hannah Rogers Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our proactive multidisciplinary team.

You will work in a community-focused setting, supporting individuals with complex health needs, learning and physical disabilities.

You will assess equipment needs for 24-hour postural management and deliver individual/group therapy to boost daily living skills, in close collaboration with the Physiotherapist and other professionals.
