Dame Elizabeth Cadbury School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral Intervention Lead. As part of this role, you will lead a range of intervention strategies to positively impact the outcomes of pupils by removing barriers to learning. You will prepare and run intervention sessions on a one-to-one basis, in group sessions and workshops. You will be expected to regularly liaise and support the work of SLT and Heads of Houses whilst also creating and developing communication links with suitable external services and providers.

- Previous experience of working within a similar role involving young people;
- Ability to handle highly confidential information;
- Experience of running one-to-one or group sessions with young people.
