We are seeking experienced and compassionate Care Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team at Dame Care Solutions. If you have at least 1 year of care experience and are confident supporting clients in their own homes, we would like to hear from you.
As a CQC-registered provider based in Bordon, Hampshire, we deliver high-quality, person-centred home care across Hampshire and Surrey — and we are expanding our team to meet increasing demand.

Types of Care You Will Deliver:
- Personal care
- Dementia care
- Companionship
- Respite care
- Live-in care

- Hospital discharge support
- Home help
- Specialist care including stoma and complex needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
- Support with personal care and mobility
- Assist with medication prompts
- Prepare meals and support nutrition
- Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- Complete accurate care records
- Report changes in client condition to management
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year care experience
- Domiciliary care experience preferred
- Confidence supporting clients with dementia
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
- Willing to work evenings, weekends or live-in shifts where required
- Care Certificate or NVQ Level 2/3 desirable
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
