The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administration role, be an excellent communicator with good organisational skills.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator:
  • Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse
  • Experience in Inventory Admin
  • Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation
  • Coordinating documentation for incoming freight
  • Monitoring and tracking incoming containers
  • Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry
  • Proficient with Excel

Previous experience of a WMS is highly desirable, but not essential.

Desired Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
