Maersk is looking for ambitious graduates to join our Contract Logistics Management Graduate Programme – a two-year journey designed to develop future leaders in supply chain and logistics.

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development.

Warehouse and Contract Logistics

In our Warehouse and Contract Logistics pathway, you will immerse yourself in the core operations of supply chain management, focusing on optimizing storage, distribution, and contract logistics solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience managing warehouse operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless integration of logistics services that meet our clients' needs. With guidance from industry leaders and real-world challenges, you’ll play a vital role in driving operational excellence and innovation in logistics management. You will shadow our First Line Managers and Shift Managers, therefore you will follow a rotating shift pattern, and be fully immersed in the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

  • Right to work and live in the UK indefinitely is crucial. No Sponsorship is available.
  • Recent graduate bachelor’s degree Minimum 2:2.
  • A recent graduate (or soon-to-be) with a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, strategic thinker.
  • Resilient and comfortable with change.
  • Commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English written and oral is essential.
  • General work experience – voluntary or social engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Next Steps

The closing date for applications is the 21st Nov 2025. Once we have received your application, and if you meet our minimum criteria, you will be asked to complete a Video Interview, these are to be completed at the latest by the 05 Dec 2025. If successful at this point you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, which will be held at our site at East Midlands Gateway (DE74 2BB), these will be taking place in December. We will provide you with full detail in advance of what to expect on the day. The final stage of our process will be an interview with our Leadership team. Successful Graduates will be offered positions in January 2026. Graduate Programme will then commence in September 2026.
