Key responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse
- Experience in Inventory Admin
- Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation
- Coordinating documentation for incoming freight
- Monitoring and tracking incoming containers
- Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry
- Proficient with Excel
- Previous experience of a WMS is highly desirable, but not essential
Desired Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
