The site administrator is an essential component to our warehouse teams, reporting directly into the General Manager and playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements. The role requires the successful candidate to be onsite 5 days a week in our EMG site.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials
  • Reconciling accounts payable invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers and manage queries
  • Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation on rates, hours, and manager approvals
  • Analysis of labour hours explaining key variances
  • Month end support as required with opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles
  • Preparing and raising customer invoices
  • Up to date records of site stock
  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance team
  • Supporting site engagement activities
  • Coordinating uniform ordering and management
Key Skills for the Role
  • Proficient in IT including MS Excel / Office
  • Desirable – SAP experience
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and manage workload, with minimum supervision
  • Demonstrate drive, energy and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall site performance
  • Attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with all levels
  • Flexible, with a can-do attitude
Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing / 3PL
  • Self-starter – able to manage the regular deliverables with the ad hoc and to identify where to invest more time for the better outcome – without requiring step by step guidance
