We are looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Finance & Customer Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities- Deliver first‑class customer service to clients, ensuring professionalism and efficiency at all times.
- Use Excel to analyze data, create pivot tables, charts, and reports to support financial and operational decision‑making.
- Process and verify financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment records in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Support client problem‑solving by understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Generate internal and external reports, including client KPIs and performance metrics.
