The site administrator is an essential component to our warehouse teams, reporting directly into the General Manager and playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements.
Specific Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials
- Reconciling accounts payable invoices
- Liaising with suppliers and managing queries
- Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation of rates, hours, and manager approvals
- Analyzing labour hours and explaining key variances
- Providing month-end support as required, with opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles
- Preparing and raising customer invoices
- Maintaining up-to-date records of site stock
- Providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance teams
- Supporting site engagement activities
- Coordinating uniform ordering and management
Key Skills
- Proficient in IT, including MS Excel and Office
- Desirable: SAP experience
- Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload with minimum supervision
