The site administrator is an essential component to our warehouse teams, reporting directly into the General Manager and playing a key role in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring the site meets company standards and requirements.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials
  • Reconciling accounts payable invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing queries
  • Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation of rates, hours, and manager approvals
  • Analyzing labour hours and explaining key variances
  • Providing month-end support as required, with opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles
  • Preparing and raising customer invoices
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of site stock
  • Providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance teams
  • Supporting site engagement activities
  • Coordinating uniform ordering and management

Key Skills

  • Proficient in IT, including MS Excel and Office
