We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Flexcube to lead and manage end-to-end testing activities for core banking implementations and upgrades. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Flexcube modules, testing methodologies, and banking domain processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the testing team for Flexcube implementation and customization projects.
- Define and implement test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project timelines.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Flexcube modules.
