Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Payroll Consultant with deep expertise in HRMS modules, particularly Payroll and Benefits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, customization, and support of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS modules, with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
  • Manage end-to-end payroll implementations, upgrades, and support activities
  • Configure and maintain Payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and statutory compliance
  • Support Benefits administration including eligibility, plans, and enrollment processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and system defects
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, integrations, and reports
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, documentation, and governance standards
  • Provide user training and post-implementation support

  • 15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS, with strong focus on Payroll
  • Oracle Payroll (Core & Advanced)
  • Benefits module
  • Fast Formulas, Payroll processing, and statutory compliance

  • Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and ability to work with technical teams
