Role: Test Lead (Core Banking)
Location: London, UK
Type of Employment: 6 Months contract
Prior experience in managing QA for a complex core banking transformation is required. Critical to have very good knowledge and hands-on experience of the banking domain (Senior Experienced level), especially on core banking modules with expertise in payment processing (Front to Back End to End) in all formats & types. Good hands-on experience with SWIFT (Both MT, MX, ISO all formats of messages) is essential, including experience working with various core banking modules/products and flavours of all accounting modules processing.
Excellent testing skills with good leadership qualities are necessary. Experience working in core banking modules with good exposure to system, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing with interaction with business will be required. Must have excellent testing skills having exposure to all levels & types of testing.
Automation exposure with hands-on experience in creating/working in an automation framework for legacy core banking applications is a must. The role involves driving a robust defect lifecycle (log, triage, prioritise, resolve, retest). Use tools like HP ALM, JIRA, and Zephyr for tracking and reporting. Highlight blockers and risks proactively with mitigation plans.
