We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support complex change initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to shape target-state solutions and deliver end-to-end business outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and the ability to translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear, technically actionable deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and delivery teams
- Elicit, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements with a strong technical focus
- Define data, integration, environment, security, and performance requirements
- Shape target-state and end-to-end process flows in collaboration with stakeholders
- Challenge requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to drive business value
- Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into clear technical requirements
- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability through the delivery lifecycle
- Support delivery teams through clarification, refinement, and impact analysis

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex environments in Financial services industry
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

- Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
- Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
