Dambuster Studios is seeking a Senior Producer to guide multidisciplinary game-development teams, manage production plans and help deliver high-quality work.
- Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom
- Contract and work arrangement: Permanent, full-time; based at the Nottingham studio.
What you will do
- Build and maintain production plans, milestones and delivery priorities across game teams.
- Identify dependencies and risks, coordinate stakeholders and support clear decision-making.
- Coach teams, improve production practices and keep creative and technical work aligned with project goals.
What the studio is looking for
- Substantial game-production experience, including ownership of complex schedules and cross-discipline delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively with creative and technical teams in a studio environment.
