What you will do
- Guide external artists and review character assets, clothing, hair and accessories.
- Prepare briefs and create or refine models and materials to meet visual and performance standards.
What the studio is looking for
- Strong character art workflows, high-to-low-poly modelling and PBR material knowledge.
- Clear feedback, organisation and understanding of engine performance constraints. UK-based work is required.
