We’re looking for a creative, data‑driven marketer to help drive our customer retention strategy, leading the execution of our promotional email programme, supporting offline campaigns, and helping us explore the next generation of digital channels. What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive and optimise our promotional email plan, from creative ideas to performance results.
  • Deliver sharp weekly insights to Trading and Leadership that influence real‑time decisions.
  • Lead our email platform and help roll out new retention channels like SMS / RCS and Push Notifications.
  • Support the wider business with accurate, engaging transactional comms and solid database management.
  • Help deliver offline campaigns that land on time and hit commercial goals.
  • Spot and test new AI tools to boost our marketing performance and customer experience.
  • Partner with Digital, Web Shop, Recruitment and Creative teams to keep our brand consistent across every channel.
  • Bring fresh thinking, creativity and energy to projects that push our marketing forward.

What you’ll bring:

  • You’re an experienced marketer who knows how to turn data, creativity and technology into campaigns that deliver results.
  • You’re confident working with Email Marketing/CRM platforms like Actito, Dotdigital or Mailchimp, and you understand how to use direct marketing techniques to drive both customer retention and acquisition.
  • You bring a curious mindset, with some working knowledge of AI in marketing and a desire to explore new tools and smarter ways of working.
  • Your reporting will be sharp, insightful, and actionable, enabling the business to respond confidently to changing trading conditions.
  • Acting as a central connector across teams, you’ll build strong relationships that keep multi‑channel campaigns running smoothly.
  • You’re highly organised, analytical and comfortable turning numbers into clear, actionable insights.
  • You have strong attention to detail, write well, and can manage multiple deadlines without losing focus.
  • You balance creativity with commercial thinking, and you communicate clearly, building strong relationships with teams across the business as well as external partners.
  • You’ll have a genuine interest in women’s fashion, understanding how to translate trends and customer behaviour into campaigns that sell product and strengthen brand connection.
