What you'll be doing
- Drive and optimise our promotional email plan, from creative ideas to performance results.
- Deliver sharp weekly insights to Trading and Leadership that influence real‑time decisions.
- Lead our email platform and help roll out new retention channels like SMS / RCS and Push Notifications.
- Support the wider business with accurate, engaging transactional comms and solid database management.
- Help deliver offline campaigns that land on time and hit commercial goals.
- Spot and test new AI tools to boost our marketing performance and customer experience.
- Partner with Digital, Web Shop, Recruitment and Creative teams to keep our brand consistent across every channel.
- Bring fresh thinking, creativity and energy to projects that push our marketing forward.
What you'll bring
- You’re an experienced marketer who knows how to turn data, creativity and technology into campaigns that deliver results.
- You’re confident working with Email Marketing/CRM platforms like Actito, Dotdigital or Mailchimp, and you understand how to use direct marketing techniques to drive both customer retention and acquisition.
- You bring a curious mindset, with some working knowledge of AI in marketing and a desire to explore new tools and smarter ways of working.
- Your reporting will be sharp, insightful, and actionable, enabling the business to respond confidently to changing trading conditions.
- Acting as a central connector across teams, you’ll build strong relationships that keep multi-channel campaigns running smoothly.
- You’re highly organised, analytical and comfortable turning numbers into clear, actionable insights.
