Love fashion and have an eye for what’s next? We’re looking for an Assistant Range Manager to join our Product team – a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, innovation driven environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in fashion trading or category management who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and work across the full product lifecycle. Partnering closely with Range Managers, you’ll help shape and deliver customer‑focused ranges, using trend insight, and trading performance to drive sales and profitability. Collaborative and high‑impact, working closely with cross‑functional teams, with exposure to senior stakeholders—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative, and commercial setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deputise for the Range Manager across range planning and product strategy
- Lead trade and sales analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Own product selection and category planning to deliver against key KPIs
- Present range reviews, trading updates, and commercial insights to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with international teams on product development and range optimisation
- Drive innovation through competitor analysis, market research, and trend insight
- Partner with creative teams on catalogue planning, product launches, and range presentation
Additional Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing on ecommerce trading, online merchandising, and campaign performance (web, email, social)
- Manage stock challenges, delivery issues, and supply chain risks
- Support product selection for campaigns, promotions, and recruitment tools
- Partner with QC on fittings, quality control, and reducing return rates
About You
- Experience in fashion trading, buying, or category management
- Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and focus on KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting)
- Confident presenting insights and influencing stakeholders
- Solid understanding of retail trends, customer behaviour, and the product lifecycle
- Highly organised with strong planning, forecasting, and time management skills
