What You’ll Do

  • Day‑to‑day lead across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates, creating, optimising and evaluating campaigns
  • Manage channel budgets and forecasts, ensuring every pound works hard against performance targets
  • Analyse campaign data to uncover insights, trends and opportunities
  • Work closely with external agencies, pushing for excellence and continuous improvement
  • Shape audience strategy and support campaign planning using data to maximise impact and results
  • Brief and collaborate on creative that’s both effective and on‑brand
  • Champion a culture of testing — A/B tests, incrementality, creative experimentation and more
  • Explore new channels, tools and AI‑driven approaches to stay ahead of the curve
  • Keep campaigns compliant and aligned with digital best practice and regulations
