What You’ll Do
- Be the day-to-day lead across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates, creating, optimising and evaluating campaigns.
- Manage channel budgets and forecasts, ensuring every pound works hard against performance targets.
- Analyse campaign data to uncover insights, trends and opportunities.
- Work closely with external agencies, pushing for excellence and continuous improvement.
- Shape audience strategy and support campaign planning using data to maximise impact and results.
- Brief and collaborate on creative that’s both effective and on-brand.
- Champion a culture of testing — A/B tests, incrementality, creative experimentation and more.
- Explore new channels, tools and AI-driven approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
- Keep campaigns compliant and aligned with digital best practice and regulations.
