Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Market Research to support the delivery of high-quality, actionable market intelligence across the Data Center and Cloud ecosystem.
This role requires a hands-on researcher with direct industry experience and a strong capability in primary research and field engagement. You will play a key role in informing investment decisions, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning across global markets.
As part of an evolving team, you will gain broad exposure across regions and topics, with the opportunity to contribute to building a best-in-class market intelligence function.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct primary research through interviews with operators, hyperscalers, customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Collect, validate, and analyse data on supply/demand, capacity, pricing, and pipeline developments
- Analyse data center and cloud market dynamics, including hyperscale, colocation and emerging infrastructure trends
- Analyse competitive positioning across operators, hyperscalers and colocation providers, including expansion strategies, partnerships and investment activity
- Monitor regulatory, policy and technology developments impacting the sector
- Produce insight-driven reports, datasets, and internal briefings for strategic and investment decision-making
- Support cross-regional research initiatives across Asia, Europe, Middle East, the Americas and other key markets
- Contribute to market entry and expansion strategy analysis
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in Data Centers
- Proven experience in hands-on primary research (stakeholder interviews, market engagement, surveys)
- Background in market research, strategy, competitive intelligence, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Understanding of infrastructure, real estate, or technology sectors is advantageous
- Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
- Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
