We are recruiting for a General Manager to lead our clients busy outlet in Bournemouth. This is an international brand operating as a franchise within a growing family group. The brand serves delicious American style chicken, with sides and sauces that are famous worldwide!

The Role

You will be responsible for the full day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring everything is running efficiently and the customer experience is the focus of all activity. You will have overall P & L responsibility, a focus on efficiency and a drive to improve performance and increase sales.

About You

You will be an experienced General Manager having worked in a customer experience focused QSR environment. You will have a keen eye for detail and consistency. The customer experience is everything in this brand and that starts with delivering high quality food and excellent service. Motivating your team, driving sales and putting the customer first is all second nature to you. You will be a motivated, determined leader, leading from the front and ensuring all financials are optimised. You will be organised, motivated and set, expect and deliver excellent standards.
