The Brand
We are recruiting for a General Manager to lead our clients busy outlet in Festival Leisure Park. This is a household international brand operating as a franchise within a growing family group. This QSR brand serves delicious burgers, fries, sides and desserts.
You will be responsible for the full day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring everything is running efficiently and the customer experience is the focus of all activity. You will have overall P & L responsibility, a focus on efficiency and a drive to improve performance and increase sales.
You will be an experienced General Manager having worked in a customer experience focused QSR environment, ideally with experience of running a drive-thru. The customer experience is everything in this brand and that starts with delivering high quality food and excellent service. You will be a motivated, determined leader, leading from the front and ensuring all financials are optimised.
