Reporting to the Specifications Manager the Technical Administrator / Supplier Assurance Technologist will maintain technical documents ensuring all information is live and accurate. In addition, the Technologist will use information collated to carry out internal Risk Assessments, reporting any issues internally and provide customers with information as required. The Technical Administrator / Supplier Assurance Technologist will develop effective relationships with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, working within a cross-functional team and will have close communication with the NPD Department, Quality and Group Compliance Teams. Main Responsibilities Collecting information for Supplier Approval reviewing documents and signing off internally. Conduct risk assessments and report any changes or concerns to the wider team Complete customer Questionnaires and documentation in various formats and online portals Maintain folders, documents and spreadsheets on the technical server to ensure data is accurate and accessible.
