We’re looking for an experienced Strategy Director who can bring together insight, foresight, client strategy and commercial thinking to shape our most significant projects, opportunities, and relationships.

Working closely with our ambitious clients, D&P leadership and our brilliant multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help clients define what’s next and turn that direction into iconic brands and experiences.

We're based in Clerkenwell, next to the buzz of Exmouth Market – home to a studio that's supportive, energetic and inclusive.

Role Description

The Associate Director, Strategy leads strategic thinking across our most important client relationships and briefs, helping organisations solve complex challenges, identify opportunities for growth and define their future direction.

Working closely with the Board, Creative Directors and Creative Strategy Lead, the Associate Director, Strategy ensures commercial, customer and business thinking informs our work, while helping clients unlock new opportunities and build long-term success.

Alongside client leadership, the role supports business development, thought leadership and the continued evolution of D&P's strategic proposition.

The role reports directly to the Board and manages a small team.

What you'll do

  • Lead strategic relationships across key accounts.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Understand client businesses, commercial priorities and organisational challenges.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and leadership sessions.
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic opportunities.
  • Provide commercial and strategic direction that creates confidence and alignment.
  • Present to Boards and C-suite audiences.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and generate new business.
  • Support the development of the Strategy team.
