What you will do:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximise revenue.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the guest journey.
- Provide knowledgeable, confident advice tailored to customer needs, while building strong relationships with repeat and corporate clients.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings across accommodation, dining experiences, private events and banqueting, conferences and meetings, and golf bookings/memberships.
- Maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems.
- Work closely with Sales, Events, Reservations, Marketing, Golf, and Operations teams.
- Liaise closely with operational teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Ensure all bookings meet internal policies and procedures.
