Role Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and greeting customers.
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging accommodation.
  • Handling and redirecting telephone calls.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the reception area.
  • Managing hotel check-ins and check-outs.
  • Organising and distributing mail.
  • Performing various administrative tasks.
  • Adhering to company, legal, and statutory health and safety regulations.
  • Processing golf bookings and payments.
  • Checking golfers in using our online system.
  • Taking payment for any new memberships and issuing bag tags etc
  • Responding to any queries relating to the Golf Memberships or any ad hoc enquiries regarding the golf facility.

What we need from you

  • At least 1 year of prior experience as a receptionist in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills, both over the phone, in writing, and in person.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient keyboard and IT skills.
  • Punctual and dependable.
