What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Leading operational strategy to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence across all venues.
- Upholding Lisini’s high front-of-house standards, while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
- Inspiring and developing the operations team, cultivating a high-performance culture.
- Updating and innovating service offerings to maintain competitive relevance.
- Setting and monitoring KPIs that align with business objectives.
- Managing key client relationships and ensuring exceptional accommodation standards.
- Overseeing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting for events and operations.
- Contributing to strategic growth initiatives and leading Head of Department (HOD) meetings.
- Ensuring process compliance and utilising data analysis to drive operational improvements.
