What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Leading operational strategy to drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence across all venues.
  • Upholding Lisini’s high front‑of‑house standards, while continuously enhancing the customer experience.
  • Inspiring and developing the operations team, cultivating a high‑performance culture.
  • Updating and innovating service offerings to maintain competitive relevance.
  • Setting and monitoring KPIs that align with business objectives.
  • Managing key client relationships and ensuring exceptional accommodation standards.
  • Overseeing budgets, cost control, and financial reporting for events and operations.
  • Contributing to strategic growth initiatives and leading Head of Department (HOD) meetings.
  • Ensuring process compliance and utilising data analysis to drive operational improvements.
