We’re expanding our kitchen team and looking for two talented Chef de Parties to join us in delivering high-quality dishes in a busy, fresh-food environment. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated chefs who take pride in consistency and want to be part of a supportive, driven team.
What You Will Do:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently and to specification.
- Run and take full responsibility for a designated fresh food kitchen section.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Follow menu specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support and guide junior kitchen team members.
- Assist in controlling food costs and improving kitchen efficiency.
- Contribute ideas to enhance menus, specials, and overall kitchen operations.
What You Will Need:
- Experience working in busy, fresh-food kitchens.
- Reliable, organised, and detail-focused approach.
- Strong team player with good time management skills.
- Food safety trained (qualifications preferred).
- Calm under pressure, motivated, and passionate about great food.
