Chef de Partie (x2 Positions Available)
Passionate about fresh food and ready to take ownership of your section? We’re expanding our kitchen team and looking for two talented Chef de Parties to join us in delivering high-quality dishes in a busy, fresh-food environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated chefs who take pride in consistency and want to be part of a supportive, driven team.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently and to specification.
  • Run and take full responsibility for a designated fresh food kitchen section.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
  • Follow menu specifications to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support and guide junior kitchen team members.
  • Assist in controlling food costs and improving kitchen efficiency.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance menus, specials, and overall kitchen operations.

What You Will Need:

  • Experience working in busy, fresh-food kitchens.
  • Reliable, organised, and detail-focused approach.
  • Strong team player with good time management skills.
  • Food safety trained (qualifications preferred).
  • Calm under pressure, motivated, and passionate about great food.

We are offering 45-hour or 36-hour contracts, worked over 4 days per week.
