Lead the next stage of our sauce production operation We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sauce Production Team Leader to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our new sauce production plant at Dalziel Ingredients Felling. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will oversee sauce production, ensuring our production plans are delivered on time, in full and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for an experienced production leading hand ready to take the next step, or an existing Team Leader looking for the opportunity to take ownership of a growing sauce operation. What you will be doing Oversee the day-to-day operation of the sauce plant, including production, chilling and packing. Lead, coach and develop the Sauce Production Team.
