We are currently looking for a professional Class 2 Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Dudley site. Reporting to the Warehouse / Transport Manager, you will need to be hardworking and motivated with good communication skills. In addition to driving duties, the role includes supporting operations within the warehouse and occasionally driving a 3.5 tonne van.
Location: Unit 10, Blackbrook Valley Business Park, Dudley, DY2 0XQ
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:30 including one scheduled early start per week at 05:30
Offer is subject to a pre-employment drugs and alcohol test.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring all orders are picked with maximum efficiency
- Ensuring all orders are loaded accurately
- Loading / unloading goods from the truck
- Checking all loads for damaged or missing items
- Ensuring all items moved, shipped or received are logged in the correct manner
- Ensuring storage areas are kept tidy at all times.
Essential Requirements:
- Full valid UK Driving Licence
- Multi drop driving experience / warehouse experience
- A valid CPC
- Digital tachograph card
Desirable Requirements:
- FLT licence (training will be provided)
