Job Overview

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at the Felling site reporting into the Quality Manager. In this role you will ensure the factory’s equipment operates contamination free whilst working inline with the food safety regulations.

Hours of Work

37 hours per week

  • Monday – 12pm - 6pm
  • Tuesday – 5am - 2pm
  • Wednesday – 5am - 2pm
  • Thursday – OFF
  • Friday – 9am - 6pm
  • Saturday – 5am - 11am

Rate of Pay

£12.21 per hour + £0.64 shift allowance + £37.00 weekly attendance allowance

Contract

3 month fixed term contract

Offer is subject to a satisfactory drugs and alcohol test

Responsibilities

As a Hygiene Operative, you will be responsible for the hygiene processes within production areas, ensuring that all equipment is contamination-free. You\'ll handle the disassembly and assembly of equipment components, manage the storage of hygiene supplies, and actively promote a clean‑as‑you‑go culture. Your vigilance will help us maintain compliance with food safety standards while fostering a safe work environment for everyone.

  • Ability to physically lift and move equipment components.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to hygiene procedures.
  • Experience in maintaining cleanliness within a production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
