Dalux develops and sells innovative and market‑leading software solutions to contractors in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. We are in a very strong growth phase and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong analytical skills who can help build, develop and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships.
Your Role
As our new Sales Executive focused on the infrastructure segment, you will be responsible for key sales activities that drive Dalux’s continued growth and success in the UK infrastructure sector. You will establish and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships while identifying new applications and opportunities to expand our product offerings.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying new sales opportunities for both existing and potential customers
Building and maintaining strong, long‑term customer relationships
Ensuring the successful implementation of Dalux’s software in collaboration with our skilled Customer Success Managers
Providing technical advice and support to both existing and new customers on Dalux’s software
Representing Dalux at trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and other industry events
You will primarily work with professionals in the infrastructure industry who use our software to optimize workflows, enhance quality, and improve resource efficiency. In this role, you will spend a significant amount of time meeting with customers, so regular travel across the UK is required.

Proactive & Service‑Oriented Team Player
We imagine that you are currently in a similar role, with experience in selling complex B2B SaaS solutions and extensive knowledge of infrastructure within the construction industry.
You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on sales execution. In customer meetings, whether in person or online, you can professionally and constructively challenge and uncover customer needs. You enjoy negotiating with decision‑makers while also fostering strong relationships with end‑users. Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
So, why choose Dalux?
At Dalux, we care – not just about our work and customers, but about each other. We believe your job should be fun, challenging, and rewarding. That is why we foster a culture where people thrive without long hours, rigid hierarchies, or formal dress codes. You will be part of a supportive and social workplace with room for personality and passion. From day one, you will be connected with colleagues across departments and countries, making you part of a truly collaborative environment.
You will be based in our Leeds office and collaborate with colleagues across Europe. We regularly meet up at our Copenhagen HQ for team gatherings, knowledge sharing, and fun activities that build strong bonds across locations.
