At Dalux, success is about people as much as technology. We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Building Owners team in London. The new colleague will play a crucial part in driving support activities. They will be a trusted partner for our customers, ensuring they not only use Dalux but also truly benefit. They will build lasting relationships, help with onboarding and training, and ensure clients feel supported every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Work with construction industry clients such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants.
- Support new and existing customers in using and understanding our user-friendly product.
- Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
- Support current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them with technical or feature support when needed.
- Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events.
- Present Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.
Qualifications
- Experience with BIM and is a digital construction enthusiast.
- Solid knowledge and experience from the construction industry, preferably working with building owners or in close connection with them.
- Ability to deep-dive into the software and train super users.
- Ability to build strong and long-lasting customer relations.
- A great team player aiming for mutual success.
