We are looking for an engaging and inspiring Team Lead to join our growing team in UK. In this role, you will head up our efforts within the Contractor segment, guiding a talented team while driving growth in a strategically important market. You'll become part of a close-knit group of professionals with deep expertise in the ConTech industry, where collaboration, innovation, and shared ambition are at the heart of our success.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the team – Coach, support, and inspire a skilled sales team with an inclusive leadership approach.
- Drive the sales process – Ensure success from first contact to closing, always focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Strengthen customer relationships – Understand client needs and build long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate and secure business – Lead negotiations and design strategies that contribute to sustainable growth.
- Build market presence – Represent Dalux at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
About You
We are seeking a people-first colleague with experience in managing teams and a strong sales background within the construction industry. You combine commercial drive with a genuine passion for developing people and fostering a collaborative, high-energy culture. You are confident in both written and spoken communication and bring the professionalism and credibility needed to engage with asset owners and senior stakeholders.
