Dalux is an innovative ConTech company, committed to pushing the boundaries of how technology can secure a smarter and more efficient construction and real estate industry. Today we provide our user-friendly digital tools to leading contractors, sub-contractors, building owners and consultants in more than 145 countries. This year we opened our 52nd office in Europe, making it a great time to join us and directly influence the future of Dalux.

As Customer Success Manager in Glasgow, you will work with the team to ensure our customers and users have a great experience with Dalux regarding presentation, implementations, training, and follow-up meetings. With responsibility for your own clients, you will schedule your own time. A few times a year, we participate in events either organized by Dalux such as SUMMIT and UserDays, or industry fairs, where you will meet with new and existing clients and assist them with technical questions.

Your main tasks as Customer Success Manager will be:

  • Working with construction industry clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, and consultants.
  • Supporting new and existing customers in using and understanding our user-friendly product.
  • Assisting new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
  • Supporting current customers and developing their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support when needed.
  • Taking part in network groups, trade fairs, and other events.
  • Presenting the Dalux product portfolio to new potential clients.

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education within the construction industry. Your technical knowledge and understanding of the construction industry might include experience working at a construction site as an engineer, consultant, project manager, or with digitization. Experience with project management or enterprise-level software roll-out is considered a plus. Besides interest and knowledge in BIM and digital project management tools for the construction industry, we are looking for a colleague who can help our customers and provide superb service. We believe you to be open-minded, responsible, and able to work independently with your own tasks.

At Dalux, we care about our work and customers, but also about each other. Your work should be fun, challenging, and intriguing. The working environment plays a big part in job satisfaction, and therefore we view working overtime as so last year. We don’t believe in fancy titles and tight dress codes; instead, we believe in having a light-hearted, informal, and welcoming workplace, with room for everyone.

The UK team is located in Leeds, London, Belfast, Dublin, Glasgow, and soon Birmingham, working closely together to maintain a great customer experience for all our customers in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. You will get to know many co-workers from our 28 other countries throughout your everyday tasks and become a part of the whole Dalux team. Being a social company, we enjoy hanging out for dinner, wine tasting, knitting club, a running club, and a lot of other fun activities both in local teams and during events internally and externally.
