Overview

Da Luna is a London based luxury womenswear house founded in 2023 as a tribute to its founder's grandmother, Luna.

We blend Eastern heritage with contemporary design to create pieces that feel personal and timeless, from hand finished mulberry silk kimonos to leather patchwork jackets.

Each garment is crafted with intention and a deep respect for the stories we inherit.

With a fast growing global following and a discerning international clientele, we are building a team that brings the same warmth, wisdom and quiet elegance to our clients that defines everything we make.

We are looking for an accomplished Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to join us in London on a full time, on site basis.

This is a client facing role at the heart of the Da Luna experience.

You will welcome and guide a refined clientele through our collections, offer thoughtful styling advice, and build genuine, lasting relationships that turn first visits into loyal clients.

You will own the full sales journey with grace and confidence, from the first warm greeting to a seamless, beautifully handled transaction, while keeping the shop floor polished and the brand world immersive.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day you will style and advise clients with authentic, personalised attention, present and tell the story behind each piece, nurture your own client book through considered follow up, support store events and brand moments, and maintain immaculate visual merchandising and stock presentation.
  • You will be a trusted ambassador for the brand, embodying the heritage and craft that make Da Luna special.

Qualifications

  • You bring at least three to five years of experience in luxury or premium fashion retail, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have a natural flair for clienteling and a genuine love of building relationships rather than simply closing a sale.
  • Your communication is warm, polished and confident, and you carry yourself with the poise our clients expect.
  • You have a strong eye for styling, an appreciation for fine craftsmanship and natural fabrics, and a deep care for delivering an exceptional, personalised experience every single time.
  • You are comfortable with point of sale systems and the practical rhythm of a busy boutique, and you are happy to work weekends, evenings and key trading periods as our calendar requires.
  • Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are a real advantage given our international clientele.

We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!

Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems
