Dalton Recruitment has been invited by this leading global outsourced support services firm to secure them a new HR Compliance Manager for their UK business. This is a key role in the People Culture team helping to ensure the business is compliant with UK employment law, company policy and internal governance standards.
With the support of the Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with senior stakeholders, legal teams and people specialists across the business, supporting all activities which promote active risk management, audit readiness and continuous improvement across the People Culture function. This will include supporting the People Culture team with wider projects such as the expected changes and impact of the Employment Rights Bill, assessing and reporting on the potential risk management threats it may present.
The role is based from the company’s Surrey headquarters with a hybrid policy of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home offered. Salary is negotiable on experience but a base salary sweet spot of £45,000 - £50,000 is targeted + car/allowance + benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, review update People Culture documentation to ensure accuracy with current legislation / Company policy with assistance and support from the appropriate in-house expert.
- Manage the assurance activity against key risk areas within People Culture.
