I have a career developing opportunity for an L&D specialist to join the L&D function of this fantastic national client as their LMS Manager to help expand their digital learning experience by championing the Learning Management System and developing e-learning course material. The LMS Manager will lead on the design and delivery of high quality innovative blended and digital learning solutions, the full life cycle of the digital learning process and projects. You will also manage the LMS platform and supplier relationships. As custodian of the country’s digital learning programs, the post holder will have responsibility to ensure that the organisation is gaining maximum value from all operational and leadership learning and associated systems. The role will suit someone who is looking to develop their L&D/e-learning career or maybe an HR Systems professional looking to move into this area who already has insight to the training needs of different employee groups within a business.
