Dalton Recruitment has a fantastic opportunity with one of their top clients in Ashford, Kent, who are looking for an experienced Payroll Advisor who can support the UK Payroll HRIS Lead with the full end to end monthly payroll delivery for about 600 UK employees as well as assist with the on-going support and administration of the current HRIS. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, maintaining accurate payroll records, supporting HR systems administration and helping to deliver an excellent employee experience. This is a fantastic development opportunity for someone with payroll experience who enjoys working with data, solving problems and building strong relationships across HR, Finance and operational teams. The role will be based from their Ashford offices 4 days/week with one day working from home.
What you'll be doing:
- Payroll Administration
- Supporting the end-to-end payroll process to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Processing starters, leavers and employee changes within payroll systems
- Calculating and processing overtime, allowances, deductions and salary changes
- Administering statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP
- Completing payroll checks and reconciliations to ensure compliance and accuracy
